Adult pole dancing, from a first class to advanced. You learn grip, spins and combinations. No experience is needed to start. An 8 week term is $155. A casual class is $25. A private lesson is $70.

Pole, dance and aerial silks in Thurgoona, for Albury and Wodonga. Adults can start pole with no experience. Children can start dance from age 3. Flygym is aerial silks for kids and teens, not a pole class. Open a class to see who it is for and what it costs.
Classes
Three class types. Each card says who it is for, what you do, and the price. Parties, weddings and hiring the room are under Parties & hire.
Flygym
Aerial silks for kids and teens. Students climb the fabric and learn wraps in the air. This is not pole, and it is not hoop. Most classes are 45 minutes, at $130 for 10 weeks when paid by week 4.
Dance
Dance from age 3, plus teens and adults. Little classes are first steps. Older classes can be hip hop, contemporary or dance fitness. An hour is $160 for 10 weeks when paid by week 4.

Parties & hire
Booked separately from the weekly classes. A hen’s party is an adult group. A birthday is for children. A wedding dance is for the couple. A bridal party dance is for the wedding party. Studio hire is the room with no teacher.
Train with Ange
Adrenalin Aerial & Dance is led by studio principal Angela Jones in Thurgoona. She teaches adult pole, kids and teen aerial silks, and dance from age 3, for students across Albury and Wodonga. She has been teaching on the Border since 2006.
